GRBG uses Google Calendar and Google Meet integrations through a self-hosted Cal.com scheduling platform.

When an authorized Google account is connected, our scheduling system may access calendar information as permitted by the account holder, including calendar lists, event availability, and event details needed to manage appointments.

We use this access to:

  • Check calendar availability and prevent double bookings.
  • Create, update, and cancel calendar events.
  • Generate Google Meet links for scheduled meetings.
  • Synchronize appointment information between our scheduling platform and Google Calendar.

We do not use Google Calendar information for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it to train artificial intelligence models.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate our website, scheduling platform, communications, and business services.
